An air compressor is a device used to compress air. It covers the motor’s power to compressed high pressurized air power. The structure of the air compressor is similar to that of the water pump. Most air compressors are of the reciprocating piston type, with rotating blades or rotating screws. Centrifugal compressors are very large applications. Where We Use Air Compressors?
Air compressors are used in a wide range of applications, including but not limited to the following application fields:

Air Compressors Classifications
There are many types of air compressors (air compressors). Common air compressors are classified as follows:
1. According to the working principle, it can be divided into three categories: volume type, power type (speed type or turbine type), thermal type compressor.
2. According to the lubrication method, it can be divided into oil-free air compressor and oil-lubricated air compressor.
3. According to performance, it can be divided into: low noise, variable frequency, explosion-proof and other air compressors.
4. According to the purpose, it can be divided into: refrigerator compressor, air conditioner compressor, refrigeration compressor, oil field compressor, natural gas filling station, rock drill, pneumatic tool, vehicle brake, door and window opening and closing, textile machinery Use, tire inflation, plastic machinery compressors, mining compressors, marine compressors, medical compressors, sandblasting and paint spraying.
5. According to the type, it can be divided into: fixed type, mobile type and closed type.
Positive displacement compressor-a compressor that directly relies on changing the gas volume to increase the gas pressure.
Piston compressor-is a positive displacement compressor, its compression element is a piston, reciprocating in the cylinder.
Rotary compressor-is a positive displacement compressor, compression is achieved by the forced movement of rotating elements.
The sliding vane compressor is a rotary variable-capacity compressor, and its axial sliding vane slides radially on a rotor that is eccentric with the cylindrical cylinder. The air trapped between the sliding plates is compressed and then discharged.
Liquid-piston compressor-is a rotary positive displacement compressor in which water or other liquid acts as a piston to compress gas and then discharge the air.
Roots double-rotor compressor-a rotary positive displacement compressor, in which two Roots rotors mesh with each other to intercept the gas and send it from the inlet to the outlet. There is no internal compression.
Screw compressor-is a rotary positive displacement compressor, in which two rotors with helical gears mesh with each other, so that the volume of the meshing part of the two rotors is changed from large to small, thereby compressing and discharging the gas. The screw compression components in the screw air compressor are manufactured in-house by the latest CNC grinder and combined with online laser technology to ensure extremely precise manufacturing tolerances. Its reliability and performance can ensure that the operating cost of the compressor has been extremely low during the service life. Adjustable compressors, integrated compressors and dryer series are all new products in the L/LS series compressors.
Speed type compressor-is a rotary continuous flow compressor, in which high-speed rotating blades accelerate the gas passing through it, thereby converting speed energy into pressure. This conversion occurs partly on the rotating blades and partly on the fixed diffuser or reflux baffle.
Centrifugal compressor-a speed compressor, in which there are one or more rotating impellers (blade usually on the side) to accelerate the gas. The main air flow is radial.
Axial compressor-a speed compressor in which the gas is accelerated by a rotor equipped with blades. The main air flow is axial.
Mixed flow compressor-also a speed compressor. The shape of the rotor combines some of the characteristics of both centrifugal and axial flow.
Jet compressor-use high-speed gas or steam jet to take away the inhaled gas, and then convert the speed of the mixed gas into pressure on the diffuser.
Permanent magnet variable frequency compressor-because the variable frequency screw air compressor utilizes the stepless speed regulation feature of the frequency converter, it can start smoothly through the controller or the PID regulator inside the frequency converter; for occasions with large fluctuations in air consumption , And can quickly adjust the response.
Single-pole compression screw air compressor-the head is a screw air compressor composed of a pair of male and female rotors. This model is a widely used screw air compressor.
Bipolar Compression Screw Air Compressor-The head is composed of two pairs of yin and yang rotors. After the first stage compression, the gas enters the second stage compression. The compression ratio is high, and the power is one gear lower than the first stage compression air compressor. .
