The oil shut-off valve (Oil Stop Valve) is specially designed for oil-immersed screw compressor applications. The pilot port is connected to the compressor outlet. The valve is installed in the oil circuit, preferably downstream of the cooler. When stopping, the pilot pressure drops and the oil plug is closed. The valve is normally closed, so a pilot valve is required to control the oil flow.
