Pressure switch range adjustment:
1. Remove the cover of the pressure adjustment switch;

Pressure switch pressure difference adjustment

The characteristics are: the electronic display is intuitive, high-precision, long-life, convenient to set the control points through the display, but relatively expensive and requires power supply.
Mechanical Pressure Switch
Mechanical pressure switch is purely mechanical deformation caused by micro switch action. When the pressure increases, the different sensing pressure components (diaphragm, bellows, piston) will deform and move upward. Through the railing spring and other mechanical structures, the micro switch on the upper end is activated to output the electrical signal.
Working principle of pressure switch
When the pressure in the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure, the disc in the sensor moves instantaneously, and the switch connector is pushed on or off through the connecting guide rod. When the pressure drops or rises to the rated recovery value, the disc The chip resets instantly, the switch automatically resets, or in simple terms, when the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element is displaced, and the switch element is pushed directly or after comparison to change the on-off state of the switch element to achieve control. The purpose of pressure measurement. The elastic elements used in the pressure switch include a single-turn spring tube, diaphragm, bellows, and bellows.
