Atlas Copco Air Compressor Oil Shut-off Valve working principle
When the compressor is working, the generated compressed air will open the oil shut-off valve, and the cooling oil can circulate in the system to cool the head screw. When the air compressor is not working, the spool of the oil cut-off valve is closed by the spring tension, so that the cooling oil in the oil-air separator cannot return to the screw.

During the use of the equipment, a small part of the impurities in the air will inevitably be mixed into the cooling oil, which may cause sedimentation and blockage when passing through the oil cutoff valve, so that the oil cutoff valve cannot be opened with the opening of the equipment, and is closed or closed. The semi-closed state will reduce the flow of cooling oil. Therefore, the cooling effect of the screw head will be seriously affected.
